No More Excuses

Greetings from cyberspace! Monday I started my No More Excuses program. And what does this entail. There are four elements to this program

Physical Fitness -
  1. I shall work out 3 times a week
  2. Complete my Couch to 5K training by April.  
  3. Lose 7 pounds by my 50th birthday - which is in 6 months
Professional -
  1. I shall clean up my email box by the end of April
  2. I shall complete my self-assessments for my credential by March 31st.
  3. I shall start course for my CDHA in the fall.
Financial
  1. I shall not use any credit cards
  2. I shall not use my debit cards
  3. I shall use the envelope system for my weekly expenses
  4. I shall track my spending
Spirituality
  1. I shall complete a 90-day devotional by June 30th
  2. I shall complete the Bible reading plan by December 31th
No excuses...

  3. Awesome goals. I need to do that, too. Put in writing what I want to accomplish through the year.

    Last year hubby and I did a "read the bible in 90 days plan". Shew, he smoked me, too. He finished in 57 days!
