Pretty easy goals? Let's see how Aetna replies. Hated them when they were my insurance carrier, and still don't like them. And as for Putnam - this should be interesting. At least the third item will be okay.

Good luck with Putnam and Aetna! It is always a pain to deal with health insurance companies.
I have found when dealing with insurance companies if you act really sweet and dumb, like the old Roseanne on that sit come from the 70's they will help you. actually change my voice to a whiny high pitched helpless woman. It has worked every time!
