Greetings from cyberspace! Just need to vent. Stupid ME! I got a speeding ticket today! CRAP! I so did not need that. Not now. The BF is not being very receptive to having a meeting about the budget.
Treat it as if you had to get your teeth pulled. It's just stuff that happens (the speeding ticket). Not that you needed it, but it happens. Maybe sort it as Murphy-induced bad luck. Don't let it get to you, though.
Have the BF sign a waiver saying that if he doesn't want to have the meeting, that he agrees to all terms YOU are putting up, that he has no say otherwise, and he is accountable. Maybe that'd help?
thats annoying about the speeding ticket! I think if the doesn't want to discuss finances then tell him that he can't complain about the decisions you make in managing the budget, or he does his own finances.
